Tough Teddy is made for serious play, and we proudly support every purchase with the Tough Teddy Lifetime Warranty Program.

If your Tough Teddy becomes torn, damaged or unusable during normal supervised play, you may submit a warranty claim and receive a brand-new replacement for the lifetime of the original purchaser.

A $20 processing and handling fee applies to each approved warranty replacement. Additional shipping charges may apply to orders delivered outside Australia.

Where the original colour or version is no longer available, we may provide another Tough Teddy of equal or lesser retail value.
